Art Department Electronic Art Submission Guidelines

In order to ensure compatibility and aid in processing, we have come up with some short guidelines to help aid in the art submission process. If you will be submitting art to us at some point in the future, please take a moment to read these guidelines. Thanks in advance!

Format - Please send all art in either EPS, TIFF of PDF format. All fonts must be converted to paths or else all fonts used must be included with the artwork. When using Postscript fonts, please be sure to include both the screen and printer font files. An Illustrator file, version CS2 or earlier is the preferred format. All Photoshop files need to be at least 300 dpi.  Also, never embed an image in an Illustrator file, this is unacceptable.

Size - All photography must have a resolution of 300 dpi and be at least 3 inches or larger.

Media - Art is accepted on CD, DVD, or via e-mail.

E-mail - If you wish to submit art or photography via e-mail, please send it to artwork@apothecaryproducts.com. After you have sent the art, please call 1-800-328-2742 to notify us of your submission in order to ensure delivery.
