Apothecary Products will be accepting applications for its Continuous Giving Scholarship for the 2023 academic year until April 7, 2023. Two qualified recipients will be eligible to receive a $2500 scholarship to support plans to continue their education beyond high school. The scholarship will be awarded based on students who show exemplary community stewardship.
Relatives of Apothecary Products team members are strongly encouraged to apply. Students pursuing advanced education in manufacturing, business disciplines or related are strongly encouraged to apply.
Selection of the recipient will be conducted through an anonymous review of applications by a committee composed of Apothecary Products employees. All information submitted will be held in strict confidence. Applicants will be notified in writing whether or not awarded the scholarship by April 28, 2023. A check will be made payable directly to the student after one semester following award of the scholarship has been completed with transcript support. The student is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Interested applicants should submit an essay not to exceed 2 pages double spaced on the topic: Describe your involvement in activities supporting your community and its impact on you and the community(s) in which you have served.
In addition, applicants should include a cover letter with following required information:
- Legal and preferred name
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Daytime phone number
- Name and relationship to relative at Apothecary Products, if applicable
- The name of post-secondary education and/or career training institution, including specifics on program such as degree or program focus
- Status within the program (i.e. first year student, returning student, etc.)
- Graduation date, or anticipated
